  • About

Many educators are trained to teach Hypnobirthing methods, but few have formal training in clinical hypnosis itself.

It’s not the method alone that makes Hypnobirthing effective — it’s understanding the techniques and the practice to empower parents to integrate, and use them consistently. Our classes go beyond scripts and theory, helping you truly embody calm, focus, and confidence for birth.

In our classes, you'll discover the numerous benefits, including pain-free birth, reduced anxiety, increased confidence, and a deep connection with your body's natural birthing instincts.

  • Evidence-Based

At Nurture, we emphasize the evidence-based nature of Hypnobirthing. This 2024 study demonstrated benefits in reducing fear and pain during labor, along with an enhancement in the overall childbirth experience stating , “Hypnotherapy can be a valuable resource for reducing fear and pain during labor and improving the lived childbirth experience.”

Our Hypnobirthing classes are rooted in proven techniques that work harmoniously with all birth plans, adapting to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, waterbirth, VBAC, cesarean, high-risk birth, or any birthing center experience, our classes support all settings, providing tools that enhance your birthing journey.

  • What helped me most was BREATHWORK, AFFIRMATIONS/EDUCATION and my SUPPORT PERSON. Couldn't have done it without your class!

    Amy, first time mom

  • Thank you! I feel certain that I had to draw on the universal feminine energy/power in order to make it through this birth experience. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, but also amazingly beautiful, surrounded by the women I love.

    Maria, first time mom

  • Overall I am so grateful we took the Hypnobirthing class. It gave me confidence in my body’s ability to birth and eliminated so much fear around pregnancy and birth. The meditation and breathing techniques also helped me cultivate a strong mindset going into it which made a such a positive difference.

    Elizabeth, first time mom

  • The OR was cold and bright, but the team took really good care of me. They played one of Erica's hypno birthing music playlists over the speaker system to calm me and held my hand while they put the spinal in. At this point I was practicing lots of deep breathing to keep me calm and centered.

    Jennifer, first time mom

  • The hypnobirthing tools my husband and I learned allowed me to relax and labor at home for as long as I did. I successfully accomplished the main goals of my birth plan and could not have done it without the support of my husband, doula, and the incredible nursing staff who all helped me achieve a truly positive unmedicated birth experience.
