Introducing Birth With Ease: A New Way to Prepare for Birth and Becoming a mom at Nurture

At Nurture, we believe that giving birth with ease is not just about the outcome of birth, but about the entire journey—before, during, and after labor. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our newest offering, Birth With Ease, a program designed to foster a deeper mind-body connection between a mother, her body, and her baby throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

Birth With Ease is more than just a birth preparation program—it’s an invitation to bond with your baby on a profound level and to strengthen your own connection with your body’s natural wisdom.

Through our unique Prenatal Bonding (BA) sessions, mothers can reduce anxiety, shorten labor, and make the birthing process smoother and more empowering. It’s about creating a space where you and your baby are a team, experiencing birth together with confidence and trust.

Sessions typically begin between 18 and 28 weeks of pregnancy and continue until just before delivery, offering consistent support as you prepare emotionally and physically for birth.

This birth prep program is proven to reduce the likelihood of cesarean sections, make labor easier and shorter, and improve the overall birth experience. Studies have shown that postpartum depression rates drop to an impressive 2% for those who complete the program, compared to the much higher national average. Mothers who participate also tend to breastfeed better and longer, contributing to an improved postpartum experience.

Research has shown that mothers who practice Prenatal Bonding (BA) experience fewer birth interventions, reduced Cesarean sections, and increased breastfeeding rates. Additionally, issues like preterm birth, postpartum depression, and infantile colic become exceedingly rare.

By creating this deep connection, the postpartum period becomes a continuation of the relationship already built during pregnancy, rather than the start of something new.

“Birth With Ease” means you are not just preparing for birth—you are nurturing and easing into a lifelong bond with your baby, fostering a positive and empowered birth experience, and enhancing your well-being throughout the process. We are excited to support you in this transformative journey!

Returning from my training program to become a certified Prenatal Bonding (BA) facilitator in Gleisweiler, Germany! I am on a mission to bring this European perspective back with me and reimagine pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience here in the U.S.
