Prenatal Guided Meditation is more than just relaxation.

Did you know that prenatal bonding affects baby's cognitive and socio-emotional development?

And a mother's level of attachment to her baby influences the baby's attachment to its mother?

Annnddd prenatal connection provides the opportunity to create an intense bond between mother and baby?

Bonding isn't always intuitive. We are hardwired to bond with our babies and yet our history, our own childhoods, and our personal experiences and relationships with others can affect our ability to prenatally bond with our babies.

Are you feeling disconnected from your pregnancy or your baby? Don't stress about it and certainly don't be ashamed! Lots of moms feel that way, but there are things you CAN do to create a brand new space of love and attachment in your heart for your baby.

Studies have shown that meditation can have positive affects on pregnancy and maternal/infant attachment.

One study showed that those who practiced meditation in the second half of their pregnancy reported less anxiety and fewer negative feelings like shame, distress, and hostility.

Relaxing, learning how to calm your body and breathe during labor and releasing areas of tension are only some of the benefits of meditation during pregnancy.

Bonding with your baby, releasing old fears and worries, connection to your body and your baby in ways you never thought you could...all are supported with regular mindfulness practices.

Incorporating prenatal guided meditation into your routine is a powerful way to foster a deeper connection with your body, your baby, and the journey ahead. It helps reduce stress, cultivates a sense of calm, and prepares your mind to embrace the natural flow of labor. By practicing meditation, you’re building mental and emotional resilience, which allows you to approach birth with confidence, trust, and a sense of empowerment. This is why I teach prenatal meditation—because a calm, centered mind is one of the most valuable tools you can carry into birth, helping you create a more peaceful and positive birthing experience.
